Waskasoo Waterproofing mechanically applies an elastomeric rubber membrane direct to your substrate in addition to sealing holes and cracks with Quikrete hydraulic cement. We ensure water drains off the substrate down to the foundation drainpipe by installing a plastic foundation drainboard to the foundation.

Here at Waskasoo Waterproofing we offer a 10 year transferable warranty for our clients. If water persists into a basement that shouldn't we come back and fix it free of charge. We offer a 10% senior discount as well as a 5% competitor price beat.
